A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, the Orma 2020 Orma is richly concentrated and midnight black in appearance. It presents considerable intensity in terms of its ink-like flavors of wild plum, blackberry confit, dark spice and cured tobacco. The wine wraps heavily over the palate, imparting lots of important textural richness along the way. You are best off serving a wine of this depth and magnitude with a classic T-bone cut bistecca alla fiorentina.

Fragrant and expressive on the nose, the floral / dried herbal scents mingle on the nose putting you squarely in Tuscany. Lifted and beautiful, a sensational vibrant, lively, pure and pristine wine. So carefully delivered in terms of texture with a joyous quality to the fruit flavours and mineral aspects – a cleanness and precision. Detailed and finessed. Stunning with fleshy but well-integrated tannins and a kick all the way through to a long fresh finish. Complexity and structure, supremely balanced. A top pick and great value! Ricco di energia e di passione Orma nel millesimo 2020 mostra note di gerani, calendula, fiori di arancio, china, bacche di ginepro, liquirizia e polvere da sparo. Corpo pieno, struttura armonica e bilanciata di splendida qualità e di impressionante stratificazione ed un finale lungo e persistente che cerca l’allungo verticale ben fuso con l’avvolgenza orizzontale. Meglio dal 2024.
